Steam Baby Garoupa

Yesterday I went to my usual market;Pasar Marang to buy fresh food and vege.. Actually i dont have the idea to cook what type of menu for Iftar @ breaking fast today.It depands on what type of fishes or seafood found in the market. Well after bought 1/2 fresh chicken, OMG the price is rising and it cost me RM10 for half chicken? I pretty sure when Hari Raya is nearer the price will be increased further. Then I look for fishes,all are fresh.. .jack,shark,mackerel,pomfret,squid etc then I saw 2 baby garoupa. . .well my mind triggered me to cook Chinese style today.I grab the baby garoupa for RM12 and 1/2 kg of squid. So. .here is the receipe of Steam Garoupa (my style) Ingrediants:- Small size garoupa young ginger - cut thin slices Carrot Spring onion & coriander 3 garlic - pound 1 lemon grass - pound slughtly tom yam cube, lime juice,oyster sauce,salt & sugar 1.Put fish in a plate. 2.Add all the ingrediants on top and inside the fish. 3. Make sure steamer is ready then place the fish in the steamer and steam for abt 30 - 40 minutes.
