So....wats for breakfast this morning ....making breakfast or having it outside.If I'm in KL now most probably I'll be eating outside....so many choices!!!
|Cucur Bawang My Style|
2 cups of flour
1 1/2 cup of warm water - add some salt & stir
1 big onian - slice
smaal potion of anchovies or ikan bilis
Carrot - slice
1/2 tsp baking powder
1. Add flour, warm water+salt into a big bowl.
2. Add onion,carrot & anchovies.Stir & mix well.
3. Add egg & a bit water if needed.
4.Put some oil in the frying pan and take a big spoonful of the mixed cucur & fry until brownish.
5.serve while it is hot with Chili/Thai Sos.
