So....wats for breakfast this morning ....making breakfast or having it outside.If I'm in KL now most probably I'll be eating outside....so many choices!!!
As for me here, after sending Dania to school,I make Cucur Bawang, my own style & an all time favourite since I was small until I have kids....and the family luvs it too....
Cucur Bawang My Style |
2 cups of flour
1 1/2 cup of warm water - add some salt & stir
1 big onian - slice
smaal potion of anchovies or ikan bilis
Carrot - slice
1 egg
1/2 tsp baking powder
1. Add flour, warm water+salt into a big bowl.
2. Add onion,carrot & anchovies.Stir & mix well.
3. Add egg & a bit water if needed.
4.Put some oil in the frying pan and take a big spoonful of the mixed cucur & fry until brownish.
5.serve while it is hot with Chili/Thai Sos.
